Thank you for choosing Fixit Abu Dhabi for your home improvement, interior design, flooring, and furnishing needs. We strive to deliver exceptional products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or service, please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your item or completion of service.

After 10 days from delivery or service completion, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled (products not installed)
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be in its original packaging
• Not show any signs of damage, alteration, or installation mistakes that are not our fault

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility conditions.


2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include:

• Order or invoice number
• Product name or service received
• Reason for return/refund
• Clear photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.


3. Return Shipping

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
We will cover the return shipping cost if the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or not what was ordered.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Size or Color (Non-Custom Items Only):
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Custom or Made-to-Order Products & Services

Products tailored to customer-provided measurements or specifications (e.g., custom blinds, curtains, flooring pieces) and installation or interior design services are considered custom orders.

Custom orders and services are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product supplied
• Service outcome significantly different from the agreed terms

Customers are strongly advised to double-check measurements and specifications before placing custom orders.


5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.
Restocking Fee: AED 0.00


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are usually processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your delivery arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged product.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility.


8. Order & Service Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not begun.

Once production, customization, or installation has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
